IPHMR announces seventh academic session (2012-2013)
Executive Post-graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management – 15-months (12 + 3)
Eligibility
Graduates in Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology and allied subjects with a minimum of 50% marks.
Admission
The process of admission includes evaluation through written test, group discussion and interview conducted at the premises of IPHMR in Kolkata.
Campus Interview
100% assistance is extended to all students by interacting with Industry for suitable placement of our students. Students released by their sponsoring companies can sit for interviews conducted by other companies.
Maximum Intake
50 (Fifty) Students per year.
Important points to be noted by the applicants for admission
Ensure despatch of duly filled-in application form with
- Self attested copy of School Leaving Certificate and Mark sheet
- Self attested copy of H.S. / equivalent examination Certificate and Mark sheet
- Self attested copy of Graduate/Post-graduate Degree Certificate and Mark sheet .
- Passport size photograph duly signed affixed across the space provided in the application form.
- Four additional copies of such signed passport size photographs.
Cost of Application for Registration Fees
Application form costs : Rs.500/- only. Can be collected personally or downloaded
Registration Fees : Rs.1051/- only
Candidate who has downloaded Application Form needs to submit its cost while submitting the form. All Payments are to be made by cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Institute of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Management and Research” payable at Kolkata.
